The Learning Blueprint is a praxis model that has emerged from our postgraduate studies (MPhil) of epistemic curiosity and self-directed learning in adults.
So what exactly is it?
The Learning Blueprint is a toolbox we use to help you build a learning culture in your organisation. More than that, it’s also the tools, frameworks and methodologies we use to facilitate our own workshops and learning initiatives.
The world is changing at a phenomenal rate. Your ability to manage this change lies in your ability to upskill yourself as a self-directed learner. The same applies to your organisation. Employees must know how to maximise learning opportunities on the job. We know from the 70:20:10 framework of learning, that 90% of our learning happens on the job and ‘in the moment’.
The Learning Blueprint equips people with the skills and techniques to maximise that learning. Organisations can no longer afford to leave learning, critical thinking and problem solving to chance. You want to ensure your employees know how to become skilled learners.
Drawing on one of our fantastic tools, we can assist you with a clear plan of action, that will result in skilled learning, improved thinking and powerful listening spaces. Remember, whatever we design is customised to meet your specific needs.

Learning and thinking strategies:
Understanding your thinking – the cognition that shapes your personality and behavior – is critical to improving effectiveness and engagement in individuals, teams and organizations.
Instead of putting you “in a box,” our tools focus on how to harness cognitive diversity and stretch your thinking agility to keep up with accelerating change.
As a certified HBDI® practitioner, we can partner with you to implement Whole Brain® Thinking in your organisation.
“The most valuable thing we can offer each other is the framework in which to think for ourselves” – Nancy Kline. Does this sentence excite you? Do you want to show up in a way that brings out your thinking partner’s best thinking? Do you appreciate that our thinking is the basis of everything we do?
The Thinking Environment® is a framework designed by Nancy Kline and it is made up of ten components. These ten components are behaviours that generate peoples finest independent thinking. Commit to The Thinking Environment® and you’re guaranteed to see the power and benefits of independent thinking. It’s truly magical and immensely enabling for all!
We are an accredited Time to Think facilitator and can partner with you to implement the Thinking Environment® in your organisation.
We recognise that skilled learning is key to your success as an individual, team and organisation. We draw on the learning cycle to ensure learners understand the value of using all the touchpoints of the learning cycle, to maximise learning. Malcolm Knowles seminal work on self-directed learning is a fundamental component of our expertise. Drawing on this we help individuals, teams and organisations understand how to identify their learning needs and find an appropriate learning solution. We are also very excited about the research happening in the Neuroscience field. FInally, there is science to back up what we have been practising for years! We bring this cutting-edge research on the brain into your organisation with our learning solutions.
